PFH its ever been? Even Red Carpet analysts were discussing how modest Hollywood's new look has become. Many of the dresses at the Oscars and the Oscars Vanity Fair after parties were jaw droppingly elegant and modest. I will say though, my absolute favorite gown was Louise Roe's Black Halo styled dress. You won't find it in stores or on runways because it was custom made for her. The pink hue softened her structured dress and made it dazzle. All in all it's a great year for sleeves!
