Happy Thursday everyone! Coming to you live from the beautiful city of San Francisco. Hubby and I are here to attend a friend's wedding over the weekend. My sister also lives here, so I came a few days early to spend time with her.
Have I mentioned how IN LOVE I am with this city? This is what I know: I love California - all of California, from the north to the south. Or as Tupac brilliantly put it, from Diego to the Bay ;) Seriously bless this state, and I pray all of you get the chance to visit it or live here at some point!
It's been chilly in the city - in the low sixties, which I don't mind at all. I'm originally from the East Coast (Northern Virginia) so I'm used to the cold; admittedly, I sometimes miss it living in SoCal. Though I love SoCal weather, I can never turn down a chance to wear coats, jackets, long sweaters, boots or any fall/winter gear!
Here's a pic of my outfit today. I took it while I was at the Ferry Building on the pier. I'm wearing a black knit pullover sweater topped with a grey knit knee length wool cardigan, paired with a pair of skinnies and those white gladiator sneakers I recently posted about. Ps, I need to reiterate how in love I am with these sneakers. I love how they add whimsy to my outfit and the fact that I can walk in them ALL day. Like alllllll day. Ya, that doesn't happen with a lot of my other shoes hah.
Btw, here's a trick on how to add extra spice to your outfit when you're wearing two layers that are longsleeves. Fold over the bottom sleeve over the top sleeve; I folded my black sleeve over the grey sleeve for a nice pop of color.
