The Art of Layering Part II

Happy Monday everyone! I wanted to share another example of how to make the most out of those pieces in your closest that you wear once or twice a year. This time I’m still wearing a romper but it’s a long sleeve fringe one. I loveeeee the sleeves on this piece and it bothers me to just watch it sit in my closet until a girls party comes around.

With rompers it’s hard to wear any type of pant over it other than the harem-type because if the pant is not loose enough then the fabric from the romper will show through the harem pant and look messy. I love that these pants can sit right at my waist and perfectly hide the fact that I’m wearing a romper underneath.

I topped the outfit off with one of my favorite KINZA scarves. This navy striped print is so fun and classy. It meshed beautifully with the subtle print of my romper. This scarf is definitely the cherry on top. ***Be sure to enter shipPFH in the promo code upon checkout to get FREE returns if the scarf doesn’t work out for you!

And now for the shoes, you guys have seen these puppies before – I absolutely love these suede grey caged booties! I wouldn’t mind wearing them year round. They’re so comfortable and the heel height is really practical as well.

There you have it, now you guys can get more creative with your closet. If you haven’t seen my previous post of another example on how I layered a short sleeve lace romper be sure to check it out!
